No templates required - For example, Sheepdocs can import the data of any invoice regardless of format, with support for ~40 languages, and automatically create Salesforce records with the invoice optionally attached.

 

Powered by Azure Document Intelligence - includes pre-trained models (such as invoicing, expenses, tax forms, etc.) and supports training of custom documents. Batches of mixed document types can be submitted from a cloud drive without pre-sorting; documents are classified dynamically to allow mapping of the recognized values to Salesforce records.

 

Azure Content Understanding - in addition to Azure DI, Sheepdocs also integrates Azure CU which uses LLMs such ChatGPT and complements it with confidence factors. For example, SheepDocs, through Azure CU, can summarize and classify document contents and store the results in Salesforce records with the document optionally attached.

 

High Volume Processing - Sheepdocs can import hundreds if not thousands of documents per “job” to allow automated creation and update of Salesforce records.

 

Review Queue - Sheepdocs includes an exception queue to allow review of those documents where one or more recognized values did not satisfy the required confidence factor.

 

Supported Formats - Supports text and scanned PDFs, including handwritten forms.

 

Native Salesforce - Sheepdocs has been developed as a native Salesforce application using Apex and custom Lightning Web Components (accompanied by a small Azure component). Salesforce security review submission is imminent.
